My toddler is obsessed with golfing. We use these in the house, but I specifically buy the pink ones so when we are out at our favorite kid spot I can tell which ball is his when everyone else is fighting over whose "white" ball is whose. Too bad they aren't offered in orange.
The balls are light, hollow, plastic. They don't fly very far and won't knock over objects in your house. They will flatten when you step on them.

I didn't know "practice balls" means hollow pieces of crap
I bought these to use on a crappy home putting green, so I didnt' need good-quality golf balls. But I did need golf balls. I don't play golf a lot, so maybe I just don't understand the lingo. But these practice golf balls are not golf balls at all. They are hollow, golf-ball-shaped pieces of plastic. They are hollow, not "solid." They were flimsy and useless to me, and I threw them away and bought real, cheap balls from Target for not much more. But if you're looking for hollow ping-pong balls shaped like golf balls, these are perfect for you.
Good for practice but not foam
I bought these for my 7 year old daughter so she could practice with her new golf clubs at home without breaking anything.Like the other reviewer, I was expecting foam but got plastic instead.They are good for practice but the description should be changed to plastic instead of foam because it is misleading.
