Shame Shame Shame
I purchased from Amazon, both the IGOTCHA EXECUTIVE XL (for myself) and the IGOTCHA EXECUTIVE (for my wife). My wife previously had a 6 and a half foot IGOTCHA which we both used and liked very much. BUT, my XL was advertised as having a 14 foot reach. Upon receipt I was enlightened to find that the 14 foot retriever was now described as a 9 foot 10 inch retriever - with the additional 4 feet 2 inches contributed to my streched reach. The measurement of the fully extended retriever was 9 feet 1 inch. My wife's 10 foot retriever turned out to be 6 feet 6 inches long, but coupled with her 3 and a half foot reach, could possibly reach 10 feet. She's pleased. It's just like her previous one. Although I certainly cannot reach the extra 5 feet, I am satisfied with the retriever. However, based on the misleading advertising tactics, I would not recommend the IGOTCHA products to anyone. With what looks like a good product, honesty in advertising would likely assure more satisfied customers.

Great Product and Great Company
These are great ball retrievers as they will fit into your bag and still can reach far enough to get any ball that is relatively close. The company is also great. I had one break and called the company to see if I could get some parts. They just sent me a brand new one at no cost! Now that is great customer service. Just bought another one for a friend of mine as I like to do business with companies like this. Product works great also.
Handy, well-made tool
This is a great device for ball retrieval. I especially like its compact, but durable, design. The only thing that keeps it from getting 5 stars is that it should come with a headcover to protect its head, which can snag random items in the golf bag.
